Update: An email allegedly from Matthew Livelsberger (“Berg”) appears to be the entire basis of this interview. I strongly suspect the email to be Altered or even completely Faked. A complete explanation is provided below.
Before I jump in, at timestamp 20m:00s, both Shawn and Sam deny knowledge of the term “Gravitics” and also the acronym “USAP” used by Matthew Livelsberger.
USAP: searches mostly yielded “SAP”, Special Access Programs, allegedly black, top secret, compartmentalized projects with little or no budget oversight by Congress. However, some searches stated the term refers to United States Antarctic Program.
Gravitics: Gravitics.com builds infrastructure for living in space, hab modules for space stations.
Otherwise, Matthew Livelsberger may be referring to UAP related technology, such as the Mass Reduction & Compact Fusion patents held by the US Dept of Navy since 2018. Links to the patents are in this article:

6- 3JAN25 18:00hrs Las Vegas V Sheriff/FBI/ATF Press Conference revealed:
• Footage of the Cybertruck driver at charging stations delivered no clear face of the driver anywhere visible in the EV station footage, just torso, arms, legs.
• The sheriffs stated they suspected the vehicle explosion was simultaneous to the gun shot. They don't explain how this is possible, but investigations continue.
• The fatal gun shot was intraorbital head wound, entering via mouth.
31DEC24 11:42hrs Livelsberger allegedly established Contact via Instagram, Protonmail, and Signal with ‘Intelligence Officer and retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer’ Sam Shoemate, his bio copied the Shawn Ryan Show YouTube video description. )
This screenshot was taken directly from the Shawn Ryan Show video and appears to be a Draft of the Livensberger Email, not the original. evidenced by several active Spellcheck Indicators peppered throughout the draft email, which indicate the email was in Draft and being edited.
During the context of Contact with Berg, Shoemate does not mention any other email platform . For these reasons, I believe the email is either altered or entirely fake.
Sam Shoemate's Signal Signal Safety Number changed with Livelsberger AFTER the explosion. EITHER someone else gained control of Livelsberger’s Signal account, OR Livelsberger re-established use of his Signal account after the explosion on another device
Substack is having bugs, messing up the numbering, and wrecking the typed content. Livelsberger claimed that the so-called ‘NJ Drones’ were actually Gravitic propulsion-based Chinese aerocraft; that only China and USA possess Gravitic Technology; bizarrely he also commented the so-called Chinese Balloons are commonplace, frequently collecting USA SigInt with impunity. There's no way that's at all possible.
Livelsberger wanted to stop a WW3 or a mutually assured destruction scenario fighting China (using what, gravitics, nukes? )
